offers an ACCPAC Plus to ACCPAC for Windows Multi-Year General Ledger conversion
service. The service provides ACCPAC Plus General Ledger users with
the capability to consolidate their current and historical general ledgers
into a single ACCPAC for Windows general ledger with full transaction detail.
The conversion can be performed on an unlimited number of years of history
and on any ACCPAC Plus General Ledger regardless of size or version.
Fiscal year and account structure changes can be accommodated. This
fast and easy to use service can convert historical general ledgers weeks
before conversion of current year data. Once converted the user will
have multi-year reporting capabilities and eliminate the need for ACCPAC
Plus software and data for prior general ledgers inquiries and reporting.
*All ACCPAC Plus General Ledgers must be error-free and be version 6.1A or newer. There is an additional charge for any general ledger requiring a change in fiscal year/periods, change in general ledger account structure or conversion from older general ledger versions (6.0 or older).
